On March 27 and 28, 2019 in Ottawa, Ontario, the Vanier Institute of the Family will host the Families in Canada Conference 2019 – a national, pan-Canadian conference with simultaneous satellite regional conferences co-hosted by university partners across Canada. This unique and inclusive series of events will bring together diverse leaders from across the country for two days of knowledge-sharing and catalytic conversation.
The Vanier Institute of the Family is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified organizations interested in assisting and managing a national, multi-site conference.
The successful contractor will work under the general supervision of the Program Director of the Vanier Institute, and will have responsibilities including (but not limited to) operations and logistics; promotion; managing online and on-site registration; coordinating and managing media; and managing on-site reception and support for Keynote Speakers, Panellists and VIPs.
