Communications and Project Manager

As Communications and Project Manager, Claire is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Vanier Institute’s communication and social media strategies, engaging with media outlets and stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, and supporting online and in-person events, helping to advance understanding of families in Canada among diverse stakeholder audiences. She also coordinates, plans, and monitors projects within the Institute’s program of activities, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Claire has been a dedicated marketing professional since 2008. Through digital and traditional marketing initiatives, she helped increase brand awareness and audience engagement for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. She also successfully managed over 20 projects in the private sector. These activities have enhanced her knowledge and ability to think strategically about communication and project management and how they can be effectively applied to the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the Vanier Institute, Claire worked for a marketing firm that offered digital communication strategies to global clients.

As a mother of two, Claire has built up her own brands dedicated to providing healthy diets to children and families.
